He further serves as Founder, President and CEO of Stenton Leigh Group, Inc., in Boca RatonFlorida, which just celebrated its sixteenth anniversary.Stenton Leigh Group, Inc. is a full service financial advisory company with merchant banking capability, and advises on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financial structuring. The company performs business valuations and fairness opinions, and implements turnarounds, in addition to making select principal investments. Mr. Barbarosh has been both an active Director and Officer to numerous private and public companies. Through his activities at Stenton Leigh Group, Inc. and its affiliates, Mr. Barbarosh has been responsible for making strategic principal investments, assisting clients to grow or turnaround their companies some of which have grown to be significant, very successful enterprises.

From 1986 to 1989 Mr. Barbarosh served as CEO of JW Charles Group, Inc., a holding company which included a 200 person New York Stock Exchange securities brokerage company (JW Charles Securities, Inc.) an investment banking company (JW Charles Capital Corp.), a 200 person real estate brokerage company (JW Charles Realty, Inc.), a mortgage insurance company, a residential development company, with combined annual gross transactions of over $1.75 billion. When Mr. Barbarosh was hired as CEO of JW Charles Group, Inc. the company was incurring significant monthly loses and he was instrumental in turnaround the company.

From 1983 to 1986 Mr. Barbarosh was the Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions of Merchant Banking (Canada) at The Royal Bank of Canada. He was instrumental in establishing The Royal Bank of Canadian M&A Group by applying professional and technical M&A expertise not previously available at this newly formed department. As Department Manager he was responsible for conducting and directing all aspects of M&A assignments including acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, financings, leveraged buyouts, strategic planning, etc., for assignments in numerous industries with transactions ranging in value from millions to billions of dollars, and being both domestic and international in nature. From 1980 to 1983 he was the Manager: Mergers and Acquisitions Services Ernst & Young (formerly Arthur Young and known as Clarkson Gordon in Canada). Mr. Barbarosh was part of the founding team of Clarkson Gordon/Woods Gordon Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He was responsible for conducting and directing all aspects of business valuations, acquisitions, divestitures, financing and Foreign Investment Review Act assignments in various industries. From 1977 to 1979 Mr. Barbarosh was employed at KPMG Peat Marwick (formerly known as Thorne Riddell), in Montreal. Mr. Barbarosh received his MBA from YorkUniversity, a DPA (Diploma in Public Accountancy) from McGillUniversity, a Bachelor of Commerce from ConcordiaUniversity, and a Business Diploma from VanierCollege.

Mr. Barbarosh is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Illinois and Florida, a Canadian Chartered Accountant licensed in the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers, and numerous other business valuation designations, and licenses, and he has 25 years of experience in financial markets, real estate and valuations. He is an author of numerous articles and two books and is a noted public speaker.
